Today I'm entering a new sketch challenge brought to us by Waltzingmouse Stamps! I love sketches - they really help get the mojo moving and force me to try new layouts! I also love Claire Brennan's Waltzingmouse Stamps (even though I only own one set so far) so I just had to play along with her first sketch challenge.
Here's my take on the sketch featuring a JustRite Stampers stamp set. I'm sorry I couldn't use the one WM set I own but it didn't go with the sketch this time.
I used some PTI spring moss CS and Everyday Blessing DP to go with this Stitched With Love stamp set from JustRite. Colored the image with copics and did a little sponging after cutting out with scalloped nestie. You can see that the square layer is popped up on dimensionals but I also used a thinner dimensional to pop up my focal image as well. A little sponging and a couple of buttons and I was good to go. Here's a closer look:
I made my sentiment flag with one of the new JustRite sentiment sets called Baroque Nested Frames!
Great sketch Claire - super fun to work with! All the best with this new adventure!!
Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend - I'm hosting this week's Just Us Girls challenge so stop over on Saturday and play along.

Easter Blessings
This is my second post today. If you are looking for my Just Us Girls entry for today (I am the hostess this week) please click here.
Stamping Around is having a sweet little color challenge sponsored by the delightful Waltzingmouse Stamps. I love Claire Brennan - the owner of WMS and although I only own one of her sets (so far *grin*) I wanted to play along. Just squeaked in under the wire - whew! Here are the colors we had to use.
And here's my card.
I used Gina K's pink and green CS from the new Pure Luxury Spring Assortment. I picked up the yellow with my coloring, sponging and ribbon and used white as my neutral. The flowers and sentiment are from the new Spring Florals from Gina K Designs but the FABULOUS polka dot nestie label is from Waltzingmouse! I LOVE these nestie friendly stamps and use them often. I embossed my BG with the SU floral folder then used my Scor-Bug to score the rest of the BG cardstock.
A close up of the sentiment with some tiny pink rhinestones for accent. They go with the rhinestones on the right side of the card.
Here's the inside - I didn't stamp anything on the inside yet - I may just use it to write a long note to a friend.
These are the copic colors I used for the flowers.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks to Stamping Around and Waltzingmouse for this fun challenge!
Hugs n Smiles.
