Tea Time and MTME Release Day!!

Can I hear a big shout out? Today is June 1 and that means the newest release for My Time Made Easy. Lauren is bringing some amazing ideas and products to you this month - you'll love what she has "in store" for you.

Today we'll all be sharing some card ideas with you. Here's my card and matching tea bag holder.

Let's start with the card. My 4-1/4" square card features two new digital papers from MTME - Vintage Plaid and Vintage Stripes. So soft and appealing. I am also featuring several stamp sets on this card,
the tea pot image comes from the Just for You set that was released a couple of months ago, the sentiment - "Feel Better Soon" comes from this month's NEW set, A Spot of Tea and the frame is the fabulous new set called Killer Curves : Fancy Frames. (There are CUT FILES in SVG to match!)

Close up of the card - I paper pieced the tea pot and used the corner flourishes from Killer Curves set as well as the frame - love the look it creates.

Here's the inside of the tea bag holder - you can see how it just perfectly fits two tea bags in a sweet little enclosure. This tea bag holder is a new cut file this month (that means it comes in SVG so you can cut it on your Cricut) and it's called Time for Tea Bag! It's ALSO available as a PDF if you don't have a cutting machine.

Here's what the top of the Time for Tea Bag looks like - a lovely curved edge.

I popped up my label on dimensionals (but didn't use any dimensionals on the very top of the label) so the curved edge of the tea bag holder could slip behind the tag as the way to close it up.

Here's a final look at the cute little "pick me up" set for someone who's a bit under the weather.
