JUGS 30 - A new template!

OK ladies - fess up -  how many of you like sneaky peeks? Well today Just Us Girls has another template challenge and we are "peeking" one of Lauren's upcoming templates for My Time Made Easy. I really HOPE you will decide to play along with us - the word "template" can be SO misleading because these amazing gift boxes are so much more than 'just templates'!
This month we are sharing a sneak peek of the new Pucker Up from MTME! It's a pillow box with a twist and you will love it. Now here's my take on it.

Isn't this adorable??? I made mine using my Cricut BUT you can easily cut these by hand - you do not have to have a cutting machine in order to use MTME templates. With the Cricut and SCAL software I was able to easily resize this box to 70% of original. It's just bigger than a standard gift card. The reason I made it this size is to hold 5 gift cards. I am providing "dinner" to a family who can't cook right now but who doesn't want a freezer full of foods that they might not eat. SO I'll be tucking in a series of gift cards from local eateries so they can select the foods of their choice.

Here's a close up of the Pucker Up gift box:

My project is super simple today - I started with beautiful cardstock from Couture Cardstock as a base, topped it with a gorgeous NEW digital paper coming from MTME *wink* (shhhh this is an extra sneak!!), stamped and tagged with a sentiment from So Sentimental stamp set (MTME). I added a punched lacy border, and some satin ribbon from my stash. For those final accents I tucked in one of my prima roses and added some copic-colored pearls to match.  The gift cards fit inside just perfectly and it will makes for a lovely gift set for a family in need.

Scoot on over to the DT (in my side bar) and see what they have for you and please stop by and wish Sue Lelli a fond farewell. She has been our Featured Designer this month and has done a real bang up job. THANK YOU Sue!!  THEN come out and play with us - Lauren is offering a FREE TEMPLATE to one randomly drawn winner!

Thanks for stopping by - be sure to visit My Time Made Easy on May 1 to be able to purchase the new items :-) Have a great weekend. We're doing more wedding work!

Hugs n smiles.
