I took one of the free tags that PTI gave us as a download a few days ago - made it bigger by changing it with Photoshop. Printed out the bigger size and made a simple CAS layout to focus on the BIG tag! The card is 4.25" square so you can see how big that tag is!
Added a few rhinestones - cut and matted with a few layers of nesties and Voila - a BIG birthday wish for a friend :-)
