Need a Gift... In a Pinch?

It's a Just Us Girls Saturday challenge hosted by Dana today. It's time for a template challenge - come on ladies - don't be intimidated - try it - you'll like it!

Our challenge is sponsored by Lauren this week on behalf of My Time Made Easy and we were just asked to use any MTME template for JUGS this week. I decided to revisit my first MTME template called In a Pinch.

Here's the gift box I whipped up for a "just a little something" birthday present.
This time around I was able to cut the template with my Cricut but it can be easily cut by hand, too. I added some fabulous digi paper from MTME called Basic Blooms and it's only $1.50 for this pack of beautiful paper!  I added some SU! ribbons, a tag and some floral embellishments then I was ready to give this beauty away.

Here's a close up of the tag and flower:

This is a brand new stamp I have from Just Rite Stampers. I LOVE IT and boy oh boy do I have a story to tell about that adventure - just not today. I have become a huge Just Rite fan :-) (This set is called Birthday Centers Round and it's available for pre-order but you're getting a sneak peek!) I love using a tag when I don't have time to make a card.

The burgundy flowers - on the front and on top....

those were a BARGAIN find at Michael's - it was in the clearance bin for 25¢ - for all three! They were all one stem - what a find eh? Perfect elegant topper to a simple box.

I filled the box with some Lindt White Chocolates and it's all ready for gift giving. Oh - I did use my Cricut to add a circle cut out to the front of the box so my friend can see the goodies inside.

SO - if you need a gift package - In a Pinch can help you out. Truly easy - but a real eye catcher!
Come play along with us this week - we'd love to see what you can create too. Remember that Lauren has a free template you can try out - get it here. Be sure to check out the rest of the ideas from the JUGS design team (my side bar) AND our two special guests

LeAnne Pugliese - our Featured Designer for May and
Teresa Kline - our Special Guest Designer this month

Thanks for stopping by - I totally appreciate your sweet comments - they make my day! Have a wonderful weekend.

Hugs n Smiles.
