Pick of the Petals Gift Set - MTME sneak peek!

Shhhh - don't tell anyone but it's sneak peek time again at My Time Made Easy - say what?? Oh heck go ahead and tell the world! LOL! Yes, April 1 Lauren is releasing a whole lotta new goodies again and you are going to love them. I am sneak peeking one of the most beautiful templates I've ever seen - it's SO unique and stunning! This one is called Pick of the Petals and I think it will be fabulous for mom's, sisters, grandmas, best friends or that special woman!

I wanted a super sweet and feminine look for this one so I chose Couture Cardstock's green and pink to make this beautiful gift box. The lovely texture on the cardstock makes the finished project look so rich.  The most amazing part of this box is the floral design on the lid so you have to see a close up.

Isn't that just SO fun and pretty? You will want to put an embellishment of some sort on the very top because of the way the box closes. That's easy - I chose to just use a couple of Primas along with some new leaves from an upcoming floral cut file! *wink*

I wrapped my box lid with a beautiful soft pink and white striped ribbon from my Hallmark store. I decorated the bottom of the box with some lace trim from JoAnn's - again working on a super frilly/feminine look. Before I show you the inside of the box, here's the matching card - I made this one 3-1/2 x 5.

I used the same ribbon on the card and then used a simple layout to finish up. The sentiment is from Just for You from MTME - a brand new set (be on the lookout for it - you will truly love it!) and it's nicely framed within a Labels4 nestie stamp from Gina K Designs. It was the perfect accent with the vertical stripes to coordinate with the horizontal stripes of the ribbon. A matching Prima flower and a couple of leaves and some tiny pink rhinestones finished the look I was wanting for this set.

Pick of the Petals is nice and roomy! I had just a "little" something to package up so I added some shiny shreds and nestled my gift box inside. This template would easily hold a jar of jam, some body butter or a glassine bag full of cookies or treats.

You can see here that I also made a sweet little tag for the box itself - it says "Just a Little Something" and it's part of that Just for You sentiment set! It's a beautiful scripty font and a really nice bigger size, too. LOVE IT.

Just a final look at the entire ensemble.  You will not want to miss out on this one. Be sure to stop by Mona's sweet blog - she has a wonderful creation to share with you today as well. Each day a couple of Lauren's DT will bring you a sneaky peek until the 1st - at that time the entire team will be sharing ideas with you and YOU will be able to shop!!! :-)

Thank you for stopping by - your kind words and sweet comments mean so much to me. Have a beautiful day.

Hugs n smiles.
