My Time Made Easy - March Release

Hey girls! It's the 1st of the month and that means it's finally time for the My Time Made Easy newest release! Boy does Lauren have a lot of new goodies for you. You've already seen me share one of her newest Pretty Packages ©, the Bouncing Baby Buggy in this post. Today I'm going to share a sweet little template called Card Catch All. I love to give sets of note cards to friends and coworkers so I was thrilled with this latest template. I'll show you an overview then I'll get to the details for you.

The box was cut with my Cricut from beautiful Nomad yellow cardstock from Couture Cardstock. I created mat layers from the pretty new Fanciful Flourishes digital paper from MTME in Thistlestalk. Kristin is doing a fabulous job with these papers. I just love them. Remember, you can also cut the templates from the PDF version by hand - you do not need to own a cutting machine to use these templates. I made this set in it's original size and, with the inserts and envelopes, I was able to easily fit in eight cards.

Here's the inside of the box with the insert and category cards (also cut from the Nomad paper).
I love having this option in a card gift set. In this case I have only decided on 5 of the 6 categories so I have left one blank. It may be that the blank one will just separate out the envelopes at the back, but the choice is yours. By having these inserts this could easily become a recipe holder instead of a card box...  This is what it looks like when filled with my cards.

Following are a few snapshots of some of the details on the Card Catch All.

The back of the Card Catch All. I first covered the inside back of the template with some of the Nomad Fancy Flourishes Paper and then added a layer of the green Thistelstalk paper behind the flower. That cool piece you see here comes from the Card Catch All Cut File that also includes custom envelopes and cards as well. Finally, I added some flowers and pearls. Next up - the tag on the front...

I started by cutting out the Pretty Pieces © cut file called "So Sentimental" - I was able to cut a series of these with my Cricut so I didn't have to hand cut them and they fit the frame stamp perfectly. The sentiment frame comes from the FABULOUS new stamp set called So Sentimental. I inked up only the word "Appreciation" from the stamp that says "With Appreciation" but, because they are easy to see through, it was easy to only ink up the one word. A petite rose and some additional pearls finished off the tag.

I had SO much fun making this set - it's for a friend who really really appreciates my cards. I made them all similar but unique. They were all made with using either the Fanciful Flourishes stamp set from MTME  (I LOVE LOVE LOVE these flourishes) or they were made with the beautiful Fanciful Flourishes digital paper.

This purple birthday card has a special "ribbon" - it's another brand new cut file from MTME called Random Ribbons. Isn't that FUN?!? Here's the inside of one card - I did similar insides on all of them.

Here is one of the thank you cards using another of the Random Ribbons cut file:

A final look at the template with the card for the recipient. What a fantastic gift package this new set is! (Thank you Lauren for these amazing templates, papers, stamps and cut files!!)

Well that's it for now - there are dozens of ways you can use the Card Catch All. It doesn't have to be for cards - check out the rest of the design team and stay tuned for more ideas to come this week.
