Well girls - it's anniversary time at PTI. Today their design team was giving away some digi birthday images and we were supposed to make birthday cards with them. Here are the three I had a chance to make.
This first image is from Lisa Johnson - I paired it with some of my favorite colors - Hibiscus Burst, Black and White. A little cuttlebugging (both the white and black layers are CB'd), some gingham ribbon and a MS border punch. Oval nesties, a little bit o' bling and a couple of primas with a black glitter dot - The script is beautiful! Thank you Lisa for this lovely image :-)
Next up is this little dandy "Birthday Wishes" from Melissa Bickford. I love Melissa's clean style and thought this image was perfect for a more masculine card I'm needing. Used my Copic markers in the colors of Summer Sunrise, Terracotta Tile and Ripe Avocado to match the paper layers - added some simple CB texture, nesties to cut the image and mat, ribbon and star punch allowed this one to come together in jig time!
Finally - this last image was courtesy of Alli Miles. First I started with Jennie Harper's FABULOUS sketch from this week's sketch challenge on StampTV! I just had to pair the image up with my favorite digital paper called PinkGingham from the All a Flutter set from MTME! Isn't it just adorable? Perfect for this 1st year birthday for a special little girl. The balloon is all glittered up. My pink bear is a wee bit bright for the paper but I didn't have the right copics to get a good match but - cute enough! Super quick and easy - I LOVE digi paper - I have an endless supply of my favorite patterns :-)
Well that's it for now - thanks for stopping by. To my faithful followers - Stay tuned for something sweet coming up soon... *wink*
